S. 1The Andhra Pradesh Language Pandits Grade-II (Regulation of Scale of Pay) Act, 2004, retroactively commences on August 10, 1983.
S. 2Definitions - In this Act unless the context otherwise requires,- (1) "Government" means the State Government of Andhra
S. 3Section 3 regulates the pay scale for Language Pandits Grade-II, ensuring they receive the specified pay regardless of higher qualifications.
S. 4Section 4 nullifies claims for higher pay by Language Pandits Grade-II, cancels related government orders, and prohibits legal action for such pay.
