Nodal Agency:- The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration shall be the Nodal Agency for the purpose of this Act and the Agency may from time to time issue such orders and instructions as may be necessary to implement the provisions of the Act and the rules made there under and to achieve the object of the Act.
