Amendment of section 8 of Central Act 8 of 1923 THE ANDHRA PRADESH LABOUR WELFARE FUND ACT, 1987 ACT No. 34 of 1987 [19th August, 1987] AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE CONSTITUTION OF A FUND FOR THE FINANCING OF ACTIVITIES TO PROMOTE WELFARE OF LABOUR IN THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH AND FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF BOARD FOR CONDUCTING SUCH ACTIVITIES AND FOR MATTERS CONNECTED THEREWITH. Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Thirty eight Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
