Members of Board, Welfare Commissioner, Inspectors and all officers and servants of the Board to be public servants - All the members of the Board, the Welfare Commissioner, Inspectors and all Officers and servants of the Board shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860).
