Drainage cess and fees payable under this Act to be treated as Public revenue due upon the land- The drainage cess and the fees payable under this Act by an owner in respect of any land shall be deemed to be public revenue due upon the said land and the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Revenue Recovery Act, 1864 (Act II of 1864) shall apply.
