Repeal THE ANDHRA PRADESH IRRIGATION (CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF WATER COURSES) ACT, 1965 (ACT No.12 of 1965) (1st May, 1965) AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF WATER COURSES IN THE AYACUT OF IRRIGATION WORKS AND FOR MATTERS CONNECTED THEREWITH. BE it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Sixteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
