Committees of the Board - (1) The Board may, from time to time, appoint one or more committees for such purposes and in such manner and consisting of such number of members as may be prescribed. (2) Every meeting of the committee shall be convened and held in such manner and at such time and place as may be provided in the regulations. (3) The Board may, refer to any such committee for enquiry and report any matter relating to any of the purposes of this Act or, delegate to it any of its functions by resolution, subject to such conditions as it deems fit to impose and may cancel any such delegation. (4) The Board may, at any time, dissolve any such committee.
