Certain matters reserved with the Governing Council - (1) The first CEO, CFO and CLO shall be hired through a selective process by the Governing Council overseen by Government of Andhra Pradesh. (2) The Governing Council may validate raising sums of money more than Rs 1,00,00,000.00 (Rupees one crore) by way of sponsorship or strategic investment for the Institution by the Board. (3) The Governing Council may authorize opening subsidiary under the Institution, converting into "Not for profit" Divisions wholly or partially owned by the Institution, or other non-profit organizations under the Institution. CHAPTER VI THE OPERATIONAL STRUCTURE
