Making of Regulations - The authorities of the Institution may make Regulations consistent with the Act, its Statutes and Ordinances for the conduct of their business and that of the committees, if any, appointed by them and not provided for by the Act, its Statutes and Ordinances. 12 CHAPTER XI MISCELLANEOUS
