Terms of engagement of Hon’ble members and staff - (1) The Government shall provide necessary staff to the Hon’ble Judge as required to discharge his functions. The terms and conditions of engagement of the Hon’ble Judge shall be as prescribed from time to time. (2) The Government may provide relevant experts to the Hon’ble Judge as per empanelled list and the Honorarium and allowances of such experts, shall be as prescribed from time to time. (3) In case the Hon’ble Judge so desires the assistance of persons of eminence, they may be engaged on case to case basis.
