Members and Staff of Judicial Preview to be Public Servants - The Hon’ble Judge, Officer, person (s) employed for the Judicial Preview, provided for carrying out the objectives and purposes of this Act shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of Section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. (Central Act.No.45 of 1860).
