The Board and certain Enactments - The provisions of section 66 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (Central Act 26 of 1996) shall apply to the Board as regards the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Central Act 5 of 1908) and the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 (Central Act 1 of 1872).
