Chairman, Managing Director, Members and Officers etc to be Public Servants - The Chairman, Members, Managing Director, Officers, Employees and Servants on deputation to or of the Corporation as the case may be, shall, while acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act, or rules or regulations made thereunder, be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 Central Act 45 of 1860.
