Dues to be recovered as an arrear of land revenue - All sums due or payable by any person to the Corporation are recoverable by it on account of any charge, costs, expenses, fees, rent, compensation, or on any other account under this Act or any rule or regulation made thereunder or any agreement made with the Corporation and all charges or expenses incurred in connection therewith shall, without prejudice to any other mode of recovery, be recoverable as an arrear of land revenue.
