Rehabilitation of effected persons - The rehabilitation and resettlement of the persons affected due to the works, schemes and projects of the Corporation shall be carried out by the Government in accordance with the provisions of this Act: Provided that all the expenditure required to be incurred by the Government for the rehabilitation and the resettlement of persons affected by the water supply, sanitation, sewerage and other projects undertaken by the Corporation shall be borne by the Corporation.
