Constitution of the State Board - (1) The Government shall, by notification, constitute a Board for the whole of the State to be called the Andhra Pradesh Industrial Workers’ Contingency Fund Board, for the purpose of administering the fund and to carry out such other functions, as are assigned to the Board by, or under this Act. (2) The Board shall be a body corporate by the name of the Andhra Pradesh Industrial Workers’ Contingency Fund Board having perpetual succession and a common seal, with power to acquire, hold and dispose of property, both movable and immovable, and shall, by the said name, sue and be sued.
