Short title, extent and commencement - (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Industrial Single Window Clearance Act, 2002. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect on and from the 22nd June, 2002.
