Commissioner.- (1) The Government shall appoint a Commissioner as the Chief Executive of the Authority. The Commissioner shall be from the All India Services, and not below the rank of Senior Time Scale officer; (2) The Commissioner shall be responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the Authority; (3) The Commissioner shall be assisted by an Office as per regulations laid down by the Authority.
