Power to remove difficulties, - (1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, as occasion requires, but nor later than two years from the date of commencement of this Act, by order published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, make such provisions consistent with objects and purposed of this Act, as appear to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty; (2) Every order made under this section shall be laid, as soon as may be after it is made, before the Houses of the State Legislature.
