Supplementary programme budget and establishment schedule - The Board may, at any time, during the year, in respect of which a programme has been sanctioned under Section 26 submit a supplementary programme and budget and the additional schedule of the staff, if any, to the Government and the provisions of Section 26 shall apply to such supplementary programme, budget and schedule. The provisions of Section 27 shall also apply to such programme.
