Programme to be published for inviting suggestion and objections – (1) The Board shall, before forwarding the programme to the Government under Section 24 publish a draft of the programme in the 2[Andhra Pradesh Gazette] and in such other manner as may be prescribed. (2) If within three weeks from the date of such application any person communicates in writing to the Board any suggestion or objection relating to such programme the Board shall consider such suggestion or objection and may modify such programme as it thinks fit. (3) The Board shall then forward the programme, the Budget and schedule of the staff of Officers and servants to the Government for sanction as required under Section 24.
