Absorption of the existing staff of the Hyderabad City Improvement Board and the Secunderabad Town Improvement Trust by the Board - The Board shall take over and employ such of the existing staff serving for the purposes of the Hyderabad City Improvement Board and the Secunderabad Town Improvement Trust as the Government may direct, and every person so absorbed shall be governed by the provisions of this Act and the rules and regulations made thereunder.
