Short title, extent and commencement:- (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Grama Sachivalayams and Ward Sachivalayams (GSWS) Act, 2023. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh. (3) All the provisions of this Act except sections 11,12,13 and 15 shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 19-07-2019,the sections 11,12,13 and 15 shall be deemed to have come into force on and from the 7th December, 2022.
