Punishment for disobeying eviction order:- Without prejudice to any action that may be taken under Section 5, any person continuing in occupation of a demised premises after the expiry of the period specified in the order of eviction, shall be punishable with imprisonment of either description which may extend to one year or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees or with both.
