Unlawful possession of gift goods - If any person is found, or is proved to have been, in possession of any gift goods shall, unless he proves that the gift goods came into his possession lawfully, on conviction be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both.
