Short title and commencement - (1) This Act may be called the Gajapathinagaram Taluk and 1[Prakasam] District (Formation) Act, 1970. (2) It shall, in so far as it relates to the formation of – (a) Gajapathinagaram taluk, be deemed to have come into force on the 15th November, 1969; (b) 1[Prakasam] district, come into force on the 2nd February, 1970
