Land required under this Act to be deemed to be needed for public purpose under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 - Whenever it appears to the Government that any land is required for any of the purpose of this Act, such land shall be deemed to be needed for a public purpose within the meaning of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.
