Appeal from orders under section 45, section 46 or section 47 - Any person claiming to be interested in the property seized under section 44 may, within one month from the date of any order passed under section 45, section 46 or section 47, present an appeal therefrom to the 2[court or appellate authority] to which an appeal from the order of the 3[Magistrate or Authorised Officer] ordinarily lies. The appeals shall be disposed of in the manner provided by the Code of Criminal Procedure,4[1973 or as per the provisions of this Act as the case may be].
