Appeal - (1) Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Divisional Forest Officer, refusing to grant or renew, or cancelling or suspending a licence under this Chapter may, within such time as may be prescribed, appeal to the Conservator of Forests who may make such order as he deems fit, after recording the reasons therefor. (2) Any person aggrieved by an order of the Conservator of Forests in appeal preferred under sub-section (1) may, within such time as may be prescribed, prefer a second appeal to the Chief Conservator of Forests who may make such order as he deems fit, after recording the reasons therefor. 1[36.
