Suspension of rights in reserved forests - Where fire is caused wilfully or negligently by any person or persons in a reserved forest or any portion thereof, the Government may direct that in such forest or portion thereof, the exercise of all rights of pasture or to forest produce shall be suspended for such period as they think fit.
