Repeal and savings 4 THE ANDHRA PRADESH FISHERIES UNIVERSITY ACT, 2020 Act No.39 of 2020 (28th December, 2020) AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT AND INCORPORATION OF ATEACHING AND AFFILIATING UNIVERSITY IN FISHERIES SCIENCES IN THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH AND FOR THE MATTERS CONNECTED THEREWITH OR INCIDENTAL THERETO. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Seventy First Year of the Republic of India as follows,- CHAPTER-I PRELIMINARY 1.Short title, extent, commencement and application- (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Fisheries University Act, 2020.
