Delegation of powers of the Board - The Board of Management may, by statutes made in this behalf, delegate to any Officer or Authority of the University any of the powers conferred on it by or under this Act, to be exercised by such Officer or Authority, subject to such restrictions and conditions as may be specified in suchStatutes. 56.Removal of difficulties - (1)If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of thisAct, the Government may, by order, published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette make such provision or give such direction, not inconsistentwiththepurposesofthisAct,asappearstothemtobe necessary or expedient for removing thedifficulty. Provided that no such power shall be exercised after the expiry of a period of two years from the commencement of this Act. (2) Every order made under this section shall be laid, as soon as it is made, before each house of the State Legislature.
