Regulations - (1)The Authorities may make regulations consistent with thisAct andthestatutes,forany orall ofthematterswhichbythisAct and the Statutes are to be provided for by the regulations, and also for any other matter solely concerning such Authorities and not soprovided. (2) Every Authority shall make regulations providing for the givingofnoticetothemembersofsuchAuthorityofthedates of meeting and of the business to be considered at meeting and for the keeping of a record of the proceedings of meetings. (3) The Board of Management may direct the amendment, in such manner as it mayspecify,ofanyregulationmadeunderthissectionorthe annulment of any regulation made there under by any Authority. (4) The Academic Council may, subject to the provisions of the statutes, make regulations, providing for courses of studyfor the various examinations, degrees, diplomas and certificates of the University after receiving drafts of such regulations from the Board of Facultyconcerned. (5) TheAcademicCouncilshallnotamendadraftofaregulation received from the Board of a Faculty but may approve or rejectitorreturnittotheBoardofFacultyforreconsideration either in whole or in part together with any amendment which it maysuggest.
