Accounts and Audit - (1)The annual accounts shall be submitted by the Board of Management to the Government who shall cause an audit to be made by such personsastheGovernmentmayappointinthisbehalf. (2) The accounts when audited shall be printed and copies thereof shall,togetherwiththecopiesoftheauditreport,besubmitted bytheBoardof Management to theGovernmentwithitscomments. (3) TheGovernmentshallcausetheauditreporttogetherwiththe commentsoftheBoardof Management tobelaidbeforetheStateLegislature. CHAPTER –VIII STATUTES AND REGULATIONS
