Tribunal of Arbitration for disputes between the University and its staff - (1) Any dispute arising out of a contract between the University and any Officer or Teacher of the University shall, on the requestoftheOfficerorTeacherconcernedorattheinstanceof theBoard,bereferredtoaTribunalofArbitrationconsistingof onemembernominatedbytheBoard,onememberrepresenting the Officer or Teacher concerned and an umpire appointed bytheChancellor.ThedecisionoftheTribunalshallbefinal. (2) Any dispute arising out of a contract between the University andanynon-teachingstafforemployeemaybereferredbythe Vice-Chancellor to a Grievances Committee consisting of such persons not being members of the Board of Management as may be nominated by theBoard.
