The Planning Board - (1) ThePlanningBoardshallbethePrincipalPlanningbodyofthe University and shall be responsible for monitoring the development of the University on the lines indicated in the objects of theUniversity. (2) The Constitution of Planning Board and its powers and functions shall be such as may be prescribed by the statutes.
