Disqualifications- (1) A person shall be disqualified from being a member of any of the authorities or bodies of the University, if,- (a) he is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court; (b) he is an undercharged insolvent; (c) he has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude; (d) he is conducting or engaging himself in private coaching with or without pecuniary gain; or (e) he has been punished for indulging in or promoting unfair practice in the conduct of any examination, in any form, any where.
