Bar of other employment - (1) No member of the service shall engage himself in any employment or office other than his duties under this Act unless expressly permitted to do so by the Director General. (2) Every member of the service shall be considered to be always on duty and is bound at any time to attend at any place and to any duty relevant to the service within or outside the state.
