Delegation - The Commissioner, the Collector or the Excise Superintendent may, by order delegate to any officer subordinate to him any of the powers conferred on or functions entrusted to the Commissioner, the Collector, or the Excise Superintendent by or under this Act, subject to such restrictions and control as may be prescribed, and subject also to such limitations and conditions, if any, as may be specified in the order of delegation.
