Magistrate's power to impose enhanced penalties - Notwithstanding anything in 4[Section 29 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973], it shall be lawful for any Magistrate of the first class to pass any sentence authorised by this Act in excess of his powers under section 32 of the said Code.
