Appeal - Any person aggrieved by an order passed by Deputy Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise 3[and /or the Superintendent of Police/ or of Special Enforcement Bereau and /or the Superintendent of Police/ or the Executive Magistrate] under Section 46, may within sixty days from the date of passing such order appeal to Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise, 4[or the Commissioner Special Enforcement Bereau or the District Magistrate as the case may be] who may after giving reasonable opportunity to the appellant pass such order as he deems fit.
