Short Title, Extent and Commencement - (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Economically Weaker Sections of citizens (Reservation of Seats in Educational Institutions and of Appointments or Posts in the Public Services under the State for Kapus) Act, 2019. (2) It extends to the entire State of Andhra Pradesh. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
