Regulations - (1) The Executive Council or the Academic Senate as the case may be shall have power to make or amend regulations consistent with this Act, the Statutes, and the Ordinances for the following mattes, namely, - (a) laying down the procedure to be observed for convening and conducting the meetings, and the requirements of quorum; (b) providing for all matters which are required by this Act, the Statutes, or the Ordinances to be prescribed by the Regulations; and (c) providing for all other matters solely concerning such authorities or Committees appointed by them and not provided for by this Act, the Statutes, or the Ordinances.
