The Faculties / Schools - (1) The University shall have such Faculties / Schools as may be prescribed by the Statutes. (2) Each Faculty / School shall consist of such departments of teaching as may be prescribed by the Statutes; (3) The constitution and functions of the Faculties / Schools shall be prescribed by the Statutes. (4) (a) there shall be a Dean for each Faculty or School who shall be appointed by the Executive Council from among the members of the faculty concerned on the recommendations of the Vice-Chancellor; (b) the terms and conditions of office of the Dean shall be prescribed by the Statutes.
