3[Establishment of Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University] - (1) There shall be established a University called 4 [Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University].with its headquarters at Visakhapatnam. The campuses of the University shall be located at 5[***] Kadapa and at such other places as may be decided by the General Council. (2) The University shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal and shall sue and be sued in the name of the Registrar of the University.
