Bankers Obligation- (1) This Crop Cultivator Rights Card is sufficient for the Cultivator to obtain crop loan. The banker shall sanction and disburse crop loan without insisting any other documents from the holder of this Crop Cultivator Rights Card. (2) Bankers shall not attach the scheduled land for recovery of any due of the Cultivator.
