2nd Appellate Authority- Any person aggrieved by the decision of the 1st Appellate authority may prefer 2nd Appeal to Sub Collector/Revenue Divisional Officer of the concerned Revenue Division in the prescribed manner and the Appellate authority shall dispose of the appeal by summary enquiry within seven (7) days.
