Suits not otherwise provided for - In suits not otherwise provided for, fee shall be payable at the following rates: - When the amount or value of the subject-matter in dispute- (i) is less than Rs.3,000.. Rupees fifty. (ii) is not less than Rs.3,000, but does not exceed Rs. 5,000. Rupees one hundred. (iii) exceeds Rs. 5,000 but does not exceed Rs. 10,000. Rupees two hundred. (iv) exceeds Rs. 10,000 .. Rupees three hundred.
