Suits relating to easements - In a suit relating to an easement by the dominant or the servient owner, fee shall be computed on the amount at which the relief sought is valued in the plaint or at which such relief is valued by the Court, whichever is higher: Provided that, where compensation is claimed in addition to the relief relating to such easement, fee shall be paid on the amount claimed as compensation in addition to the fee payable on the relief relating to the easement.
