Court-fee Examiners - (1) The High Court may depute officers to be designated Court-fee Examiners to inspect the records of subordinate Courts with a view to examine the correctness of the valuation of subject-matter and sufficiency of fee in respect of proceedings in such Courts, and orders, if any passed by the Courts in relation thereto. (2) Questions relating to valuation of subject-matter and sufficiency of fee in respect of proceedings in a Court raised in reports submitted by such Court- fee Examiners shall be heard and decided by such Courts.
